"Sustaining the Fine Traditions of Rotary”
Boykin—2004/05
We can continue to sustain and grow the fine traditions of Rotary in Siouxland that so many have contributed to over the years. It seems to me that it is very important for us to demonstrate, by our actions, that we have a moral obligation to ourselves and to our country to continue making the world a better place to live.
If we are to continue this tradition we must continue to get people in the club like you. You meet and talk to people like yourself everyday. These folks love Sioux City and this area as much as you do. They want to contribute to the community just like you. The best service club where they can make this happen is our Downtown Rotary.
I would like this New Year to be a great year in all respects for the club. It can only be if you help me sustain and grow the club by working to up-hold the traditions and heritage of Rotary.
